Pre-Order Terms

A pre-order reserves a model that is on its way to us from the manufacturer or distributor. You pay a small advance now to lock it in, and the rest once it has arrived.

1. The advance

Most pre-orders need an advance of ₹99 per item. Some models set their own advance, and a few are "full pre-order" items that are paid in full up front — the product page always shows exactly what to pay today and what is due later. The advance is paid online at checkout (UPI, cards or net banking).

2. The balance

The balance is the item price minus your advance, plus any delivery charge. When your item arrives we email you a secure payment link. You can pay the balance online, or — when the order is delivered by courier — ask us to ship it cash on delivery. For store pickup you can pay the balance online or in cash/UPI when you collect.

3. Expected arrival (ETA)

Each pre-order shows an expected arrival month. This is the manufacturer's or distributor's estimate, not a guarantee — release dates can slip. We will email you if the date changes materially. Your item is dispatched or made ready for pickup once the balance is received.

4. Delivery charges

Pre-orders follow our normal shipping policy: orders at or above ₹10,000 ship free, otherwise a flat delivery charge applies based on your PIN code. Any delivery charge is added to the balance, never to the advance.

5. Store pickup

Choose Pickup from store at checkout to skip delivery charges and collect your order yourself. Pickup point: Bangalore — Sun - Sat 9 AM to 11 PM. We will let you know when your order is ready to collect.

6. No cancellations, no refunds

Pre-orders are final. They cannot be cancelled, and neither the advance nor any balance paid is refundable. Please place a pre-order only when you are sure. (Items that arrive damaged or not as described are covered by our returns policy once delivered.)
